Various children’s beds-attics: angular, playful and other

The bed-attic is capable of giving sincere joy not only to the child, but also to his parents. After all, this children’s furniture can save a lot of space in the apartment, which is extremely important for families living in cramped housing conditions.

Absolutely all attic beds combine in themselves two different zones: sleeping and playing, sleeping and training, etc. This allows their two-storey construction: on the ground floor there is a study area, and on the second floor there is a sleeping area. Or vice versa: on the first floor there is a bed, and on the second floor there is a play area.

Various children’s beds-lofts: angular, playrooms and others. We will consider typical variants of beds-attics.
Game option

This bed-loft combines a sleeping and playing area. The latter at the request of the parents can be located both on the first and on the second floor.

If the game zone is located below, then in the first place is security. But if you trust your child and care for his comfort and physical development, then you can transfer the game zone to the second floor.

Do not think that by placing the game zone on the second floor, the manufacturer does not think about security issues. This is completely wrong. In general, any loft bed has a fence on the second floor, the height of which can be easily changed at the will of the parents.

And, by the way, our practice shows that children are more comfortable playing on the second floor. Moreover, such an arrangement of the playing area promotes the development of the child’s coordination of movements and a sense of danger. In addition, he learns to better predict the results of his actions and actions.
Training option

In this case, the loft bed consists of a sleeping area on the second floor and a study area on the first floor. The latter consists of a computer (written) table and several bookshelves.

This option can be called the most common, because it is ordered for both first-graders and senior students. Its main advantage is a significant saving of space in the children’s room, as well as saving money. After all, instead of two types of children’s furniture – beds and a desk – you get one, but two in one.

The ergonomic layout of this furniture makes the child’s living space as comfortable as possible. All his necessary things will always be at hand. And if these things turn out to be too much, then you can equip the chest of drawers, designed as a staircase to the second floor.
Corner version

If you need maximum saving of living space, then we advise you to buy a loft bed in a corner arrangement. Moreover, this saving of living space is not at the cost of saving the child’s personal space. The angled version provides a large area for the placement of various shelves, surfaces and drawers in which the child can store his personal belongings.
Office version

At first glance, this option is very similar to the angular one. But the first has a number of characteristic features.

First, the working area is slightly shifted inwards or, conversely, the bed and rest area is expanded and extends beyond the boundaries of the study zone. As a result, the feeling of your own cabinet is created. The ceiling of this “cabinet” forms the second floor of the recreation area. “Walls” cabinets form boxes and shelves. These “walls” should not be continuous, so that there is enough light inside the “cabinet”. Moreover, such an option is best to install this “cabinet” directly in front of the window.

Secondly, the area of sleep due to the expansion of its area turns into a full recreation area, where the child can not only sleep and rest: read books, play games on a smartphone or tablet and do other things. On the second floor you can build a small mini-locker, several bookshelves, a desk lamp or other items needed by the child.

Finally, we note that the models of these beds can differ in the layout of the stairs to the second floor. They can be installed frontally or be attached to the end of the bed. Ladders can also vary in their shape. They can have a classical shape, and can also have a helical shape, a shape with a turn. There may be other forms of stairs.
